All about Woollinn!

[Translate] Episode 4 of the show is now up! You can see it at this link – Episode 4! Fair warning – it’s a looooong one, but I think it’s worth it! Why? Well, it’s dedicated entirely to Woollinn 2019. If you didn’t make it you may feel like you had been there and if you did it will bring back some memories from just over a month ago! There’s a more comprehensive breakdown of it under The Show tab on this site, as I’ve finally gotten around to getting that page up and running. I’ll be putting up […]

It’s Time!!

[Translate] Well, by the time you read this, it will be! What time? 7:00 PM BST (British Summer Time). Time to register for classes at Perth Festival of Yarn 2019 and get your tickets! And by Perth, I mean Perth, Scotland, not Australia (maybe somebody should put together one there). I’m also pleased to say that I’ll be teaching two classes there as well, on guess what? CABLES!! There will be a beginner cables class on Sunday morning, then an advanced class that same afternoon. I promise I won’t have you twisted in knots though! I’ll also be joined […]

It’s Back!!

[Translate] … with a little help from you, that is! Yes, you! And now, I’d like to bring this back. As a matter of fact, I’ve already started creating content for the show, and it’s return is slated for early April! If you haven’t seen this before, please feel free to watch the Pilot episode from 5 years ago to get caught up and see what I’m talking about. Back then, I ran out of funding 10 episodes in. What made this unfortunate was the fact that the show was just starting to get traction and we had lots […]

The Show Must Go On ….

[Translate] It has been a while since my last post and that means there’s a lot to catch up on and get ahead of. So without further delay, let’s jump right in to the first thing on the list! As you may know, I have an online show that I started in October of last year. I made 10 episodes of the show before funding ran out. There’s actually another episode ready to go as well. So I’m writing this post because I need your help. I’ve started an Indiegogo (crowd funding) campaign to raise $25,000 to continue producing […]

This is me …

[Translate] This week’s edition of It Takes Balls To Knit – The Show, is a special presentation. There are several reason for this, and I’ll tell you about them here. The first is that I am leaving Vimeo as a platform to distribute the show. After 2 months and 8 episodes, I am entirely frustrated with a number of things that I have been unable to resolve. If you’ve subscribed to the show, don’t worry, you will still have access to the episodes until the end of the month. That allows you plenty of time to download any that […]
