In knitting a YF or yarn forward is a way of increasing the number of stitches you have on your needles. Here on this blog, it’s a way of moving forward, or continuing on. This time in particular, it’s pertaining to the knitting show that I started 2 months ago. I’m very pleased to say that we have successfully switched platforms, and while there wasn’t a huge hooplah surrounding it, the people who have tried it out like it much better than the previous one. The show is the same, but we are evolving there as well. As we do each episode it gets better and better. Brook has been promoted to have her own segment now (she’ll still appear as a student from time to time), and we’re getting ready to introduce you to Tammy and Claudia shortly. Yesterday Michael and I spent the day in Washington State where we visited Andrea @ Apple yarns and Carol Milne – she of the knitted glass. If you haven’t been to apple Yarns or heard of Carol, don’t worry as both are being featured on upcoming episodes of the show. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s in store for that …
