Well, spring arrived today at 10:32 local time and we had an amazing day weather wise to celebrate it. Actually, here in Vancouver, we’d had spring like conditions for a few weeks now. Just ask the Olympians who were here competing in the Winter Olympics. They’ll probably tell you they were the warmest winter Olympics ever. We’ve already had many a cherry blossom visible, and n the windier days you’d actually think it was snowing! Well, I’d like to celebrate the arrival of spring with free HUGZZZ! Now I know you know there’s a catch to it because I give free hugzzz every day. Yes, there is. As you know, I am Mr. Hugzzz, so free Hugzzz could also be something I created – a little piece of me. Now if you think back, you’ll remember that I said for my 52 in 52 weeks endeavor, I have to give away half of the items I make. So that’s what I am going to do now. I have a MD scarf that is completed that needs a home. I could say that the first comment to this site regarding this gets it, but where would be the fun in that? What I have come up with is a crossword. The twist? Well, the crossword is knitting related. Obviously not everyone that happens across this blog is a knitter, so I’ve ensured that they will have a little help. Not only can you google away to your hearts content, feel free to browse through my posts for answers to some of the clues. There are a few that you may have to do this to get the answer to. So the rules are simple – finish the crossword and send me the completed puzzle by e-mail to mrhugzzz@gmail.com. since the entries are being sent by e-mail, I’ll know who sent it first. The first fully correct entry gets the scarf. I will ship it to you wherever you are.
One last thing. To make it fair for everybody, regardless of time zone, I will post the crossword on Sunday evening at 6:00 pm PST. Here’s the scarf that you could win!
